Yes. A new roof typically comes with two types of warranties:
Manufacturer’s Warranty: Covers defects in the roofing materials themselves (often 20 years to lifetime).
Workmanship Warranty: Provided by us, this covers errors in installation. We stand by our work and will provide you with clear documentation of your coverage upon completion.
We monitor the weather closely. If rain is in the forecast, we will not tear off more than we can replace or dry-in (cover with waterproof underlayment) that same day. If unexpected weather hits, our crews are trained to immediately secure the roof with tarps to protect your home from water damage.
